Your impact:As a Consultant M&A (m/f/d), you will advise (inter)national industrial groups, medium-sized companies and international private equity firms and their portfolio companies.M&A strategy: You evaluate inorganic growth opportunities around new technologies, markets or customer groups, identify potential M&A targets and evaluate the strategic fit with the buyers.Post-merger integration: From the development of the integration strategy through to operational implementation, you advise our clients on the acquisition of a company and identify synergy potential.Carve-out: You develop carve-out concepts for the sale and spin-off of parts of a company to strategic investors and private equity companies, identify value enhancement levers and support operational implementation across all operational functions.Operational due diligence : You will skillfully assess the operational performance of a company, identify value enhancement potential and analyze the strategy, market positioning and supply chain of the potential target.
